In the EdTech industry it is particularly important to understand the value of awards. Small symbols of recognition to those deserving can go a long way by encouraging, rewarding, and conveying appreciation to the recipient.

Working alongside the military, Interserv have often seen a specific type of award take a significant amount of mindshare: Challenge Coins. These small medallions can become sought after collectors pieces proudly displayed in one's workplace. They often serve as a prompt for a story and as a consistent reminder of successful experiences.

As such, we decided this would be the best way to recognise the wonderful people who have helped us along the way. If you see one, we'd encourage asking the recipient why they have it as their answer is sure to contain an uplifting and pivotal part of the ongoing Interserv story.

There is no specific criteria to earning these awards and different people will earn them in different ways for different things. Only one thing is common to all recipients: we think they are invaluable.
